Our Story
Located in the heart of Jacksonville, Stella Dolci Desserts is a home grown bakery launched in 2020 by local Pastry Chef Christina Longo.
After completing French Patisserie School and working in acclaimed hotel kitchens in Seattle, including the historic Snoqualmie Falls Lodge and Willows Lodge in Woodinville Wine Country, Chef Christina came home to Florida and brought her passion for baking to Jacksonville in 2009 as Pastry Chef of Taverna Restaurant in San Marco.
Chef Christina draws on flavors from her Italian heritage mixed with a good dose of Americana to create her original treats. Everything is baked to order, from scratch, with an emphasis on the highest quality ingredients.
Currently operating in Riverside as a cottage baking business, Stella Dolci’s services include catering for special events large and small: everything from cookies, cupcakes and special occasion cakes to dessert buffet tables complete with an array of themed mini desserts and confections.
Our online menu features a sampling of our most popular items, and will continue to grow as we do. Many of our cakes and cupcakes can be made gluten-free or vegan, and we accomodate dietary needs and allergy restrictions as much as possible.
